Overview
At Setlist, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please send an email to hello@setlist.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Condition of Returned Items
Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, heavily used, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items that have been lightly used (IE Removed from packaging and placed back in packaging, may be returned.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Items that are being returned due to a change of mind can be returned for free, please contact us and we will provide a shipping label.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@setlist.store with details of the product and the defect or damage. You can send the item you consider defective to: 67 De Lacy Street - PR2 2DD
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If eligible, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost. If you prefer, you can contact us and we will provide a returns shipping label to enable you to return the item to us at no cost.
