We know—it's been a wild ride. Many of you have been asking, “Where have you been?” And here’s the scoop: we’ve been entangled in a flurry of bogus copyright claims that forced us to move our website not once, but twice! For nearly two months, we had no access to our website, emails, or social media. It was a digital lockdown like no other, but we’re not backing down. We’re still here, stronger than ever.

A Year of Explosive Growth

Looking back at 2024, we are blown away by the journey. What started in a humble bedroom has now evolved into a powerhouse operation fulfilling over 40,000 orders—all thanks to your incredible support and enthusiasm. And despite all of the challenges we faced, we’re especially proud to share that we managed to fulfill over 3,500 orders in December and January alone! Your loyalty and passion have driven us to grow beyond our wildest dreams, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

A New Chapter in Order Management

As we step into February 2025, we want to let you know about an important change in how we handle orders. From now on, all orders placed from February onward will be managed by a dedicated, separate team. This team is laser-focused on ensuring every order is processed with the utmost care and efficiency.

Meanwhile, we’re diligently working our way through a very small backlog of orders from January and late December that were affected during our website outages. Rest assured that these orders are receiving our full attention, and we appreciate your continued patience as we resolve these remaining issues.

A Note on Communication

We deeply value open and respectful communication with our customers. In our commitment to providing the best possible service, we kindly ask that you direct any concerns, questions, or requests through our established channels. To ensure efficiency and maintain a positive environment for everyone, please note that any abusive or inappropriate communication will not be processed. (Angry Emojis—we’re looking at you!) As a very, very small team, we simply don’t have the facilities right now to get shouted at :) If you have an unresolved issue or wish to request a refund, and you want to communicate aggressively,  we invite you to contact your point of purchase directly or request a refund from your bank or PayPal. This approach helps us streamline our support and focus on delivering the quality service you deserve.
